"Standing by the river I wonder…do I need a stone? No,my heart is heavy enoughit will drag me down for sureStanding by the river I smile…will I miss it all? No,I’ll be glad to leave it behind…and never come backStanding by the river I close my eyes…one jump and I’m there…No,someone jumped after mehe will never be my friend.Standing by the river I’m thinking…will I jump again? No,behind the closed doors,I have fallen in love with the razor.Standing by the river I’m thinking…will I jump again? No,I'll float like a feather...far away from here."

I should replay The Cat Lady sometime. Downfall and Lorelei, too.
This poem has two endings possible after "will I jump again". It's determined by a small cluster of choices you make in the chapter of the game that it appears in, and can lock or allow the golden ending.
You either fall for the razor,
or float like a feather...
but for me,
it's probably both.
