My little sister turned 10 today. I drove 20 minutes to the post office to send her gift (because the one in my town has been shut down a while ago due to the building being in danger of collapsing), walked 300m, posted it, walked back 300m to my car, laboriously drove home, and I was so tired I asked mom to go get groceries because I just wasn't able to go on the way back.
Played TTYD all evening. Reached one of my favourite chapters, Chapter 3, the one with Glitzville, and honestly can't wait for the battle with Rawk Hawk which I will likely reach tomorrow (am about to get the poisoned cake thing). He's the kind of insufferable asshole I can't stand but dear lord.
His theme is a BANGER.
I've loved it ever since I was a kid.
By the way, my great-grandmother, my maternal grandfather's mother who died at 35 in 1945 from cancer, would've turned 117 today...
Grandpa lost her at... 10.
Shit seriously started to hit the fan in my life at 10, too.
And my sister turns 10 today.
Strange pattern when she isn't even related to my maternal side since we have the same father but a different mother.
May her 10th year of life be better than mine...

I said good news, but what exactly?
Well, I had a teleconsultation with a doctor because I was worried my tiredness would be permanent.
He reassured me that I actually am at low risk for long COVID, especially in 2026.
Hella that's good... I just want to get this over with...
